Milk jelly recipe

Milk jelly recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 sachet (about 10 g) of gelatin
Vanilla sugar (optional)

Instructions:

Pour the milk in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for 5-10 minutes.

Over medium heat, start heating the milk by adding sugar. Mix thoroughly so that the sugar is completely dissolved.

Gradually add the gelatin to the milk, continuing to stir. Continue to heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not bring it to a boil.

If you want, add vanilla sugar for flavor.

Pour the mixture into the jelly molds.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until completely solidified.

Once solidified, cut the jelly into cubes or use baking pans to create different shapes.

Ready! Now you have a delicate milk jelly. Enjoy your meal!
